Every act of creation is an act of birth...

A Christmas Carol

This is the first play I remember being in. it was at the Pittsfield Public Theatre when I was around 5-6. I was a little girl that sat on the stage the entire time, listening to her grandmother read the story. it was fun being involved, but I do remember it was boring.

Ms.Wiz

This was the Girls Club's version of the "Wizard of Oz." I still have this video somewhere. it would be funny to digitize it. heh. anyway, I was toto, a cute toto. not a dumb dog. when I found out, I was crushed, because I wanted to be dorothy, but it turned out I was on stage about 90% or the time and was an important part of the show. so bite me.

4 Winds

This was at the Pittsfield Public Theatre as well. and this time i was mother of the winds, but I never learned my lines, so i really ruined it for everyone else. Oh well. I have a picture from this show, but I don't remember it.

Bement Adventure

I used to go to this Episcopalian sleep-away church-camp called bement when I was little, and i wrote a weird play that 20 campers including myself participated in, and the only part I has was making my signature cat noises. ask me to meow or growl at you sometime.

Loves Labours Lost/Midsummers night dream/MacBeth/henry the V part II

this was semi-interesting. I think the deal with shakespeare is that he is only good if performed by young crazy teenagers. Oh well. for all the shakespeare plays I just did crew. But it was great to watch.

TWMM (This Week at Monument Mountain

I lived and breathed this TV show for about 2 years. I was a camera person, but i did anchor and special stories as well. yeah, I was one of those geeks that hung out in the A/V room. but it ruled.

Carnival

In my freshmen year, the Spring Musical was Carnival, about, you guessed it, a carnival. as there was only one animal in the entire thing, guess who played it? yup. yours truely. I endured though, and has a great time as the dancing bear, even if I DID get strep and pink in on the opening night. ick.

Once upon a Mattress

Your typical funny princess and the pea story. This was cool because I was a named part, with a big scene, and I was understudy for the lead. I definately dug that.

Hello Dolly

I was chorus and understudy for a lame part. nuff said.

Wizard of Oz

Again!?!@ Anyway, this time I was the Wicked Witch of the West. This was great because I was really good at being a horrible bitch, and because I wasn't the only one who thought so. Opening night was amazing because as soon I walked onstage, I'd get applauded, and I was encored to death, living it up.

13 Past Midnight

I was the evil maid in this comedy murder mystery that was akin to "clue" and "soapdish."

International Cinderella

I was cinderella in the American indian version, the wicked step mother in the chinese version, and a step sister in the russian version. We toured around local schools performing this.

Show Chorus

doing solos of "memory", modern dance at williams college, and singing old Christmas Carols at public events are only a few of the things I cherish about this time
