I'm working with Culture House Immersive on new immersive experiences as an inclubator co-producer alongside my friend and epic creative producer Mikhael Tara Garver. I'm also a producing parter on two shows in New York, Redwood, a new musical on broadway starring Idina Menzel, and True Love Forever, created by the amazing team at Third Rail Projects.
As an enthusiastic participant, I've engaged in groundbreaking experiences such as The Beast, Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, The Jejune Institute, and being the 42nd person to open the vault in Curios and Conundrums, created by the Mysterious Package Company.
I keep a curated list of my favorites on BoardGameGeek. Additionally, I deeply appreciate the contributions of the Immersive Experience Institute and No Proscenium, both of which are instrumental in promoting and evolving the field of immersive storytelling. Their dedication to expanding the boundaries of what immersive experiences can achieve continues to inspire my own creative pursuits.
I am passionate about helping out my community, my neighbors, and the arts. I've started a few non-profits, and I'm also on the board of a few organizations I care deeply about.
I am a Humanist Celebrant and Layleader, and I am have experience in celebrating a coming of age ceremony, as well as observing and commemorating the death of a loved one. I offer my services in exchange for a donation to The Humanist Society. I have conducted unification celebrations, celebration of life ceremonies, as well as coming of age ceremonies in the bay area, and if I am able to, I am happy to help grieving families. I am in the directory of humanist professionals.
I've appreciated Frank Lloyd Wright's Usonian and Organic architecture, and I was delighted to be able to purchase the first home built by one of his prolific women fellows, Lois Davidson Gottlieb. In her book, Environment and Design in Housing, she wrote at great length about this house and how she designed it. She called this home, "Weekend House." I am delighted to be working on a complete restoration of this house back to the original design, repairing many elements that have failed or not weathered well.
